We charge a percentage of net collections. There are three plans: Practice Essentials for solo and small practices, Group Practice for multi-provider groups and Enterprise for hospitals and health systems. Your exact rate depends on specialty, payer mix and volume, and we confirm it in writing. See current rates on our pricing page.
No. There's no setup fee and no monthly minimum. Our fee is based only on net collections.
No long-term contract. You can end the service with 30 days' notice.
Your fee is calculated on net collections, the money actually deposited from insurance and patient payments.
Yes. You can hand us full revenue cycle management or just the part that needs help, such as medical coding, denial management or provider credentialing. See all services.
Start by booking a free consultation. We go over your specialty, payers and current billing, then send your rate in writing. If you decide to move forward, we sign a written agreement and your team gives us access to your existing EHR/PM system.
Typically: access to your EHR/PM system and clearinghouse, your payer list and contracts or fee schedules, provider and enrollment details, and a contact on your team for questions. You control our access: your team sets our permissions in your own system.
Yes. Tell us about your current setup in the consultation, and we'll talk through how we would work with your practice and your open claims.
