Plans start from 3.8% of net collections on Practice Essentials (solo and small practices) and from 2.8% on Group Practice (multi-provider groups). Specialty, payer mix and volume set your final rate, which we confirm in writing before you sign. Enterprise pricing for hospitals and health systems is custom.

Only money you actually receive from insurers and patients. Billed charges, adjustments and denied claims don't count.

No. We don't charge a setup fee or a monthly minimum, and there's no long-term contract. Thirty days' notice ends the service.

No. You keep your current EHR/PM system, such as Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Tebra or AdvancedMD, and your data stays yours.

We talk through your practice, specialty and payers, and look at where revenue may be slipping. Then we give you a written rate.
