These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MedixCode website at https://medixcode.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Medixcode LLC (“MedixCode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1 Who We Are
MedixCode provides medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) services to healthcare practices in the United States. Medixcode LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
2 These Terms Cover the Website Only
These Terms apply only to your use of the Site. They do not govern our billing or RCM services. Those services are provided only under separate written agreements signed with each client. Credentialing enrollment fees are billed 50% when work begins and 50% when the application is submitted to the payer. Government and payer fees are separate. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls.
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a practice or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
4 Free Consultation Requests
The Site may offer forms to request a free consultation. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into an agreement. We may decline or limit any request at our discretion. Any consultation or review is provided for general evaluation purposes, and its findings are not a guarantee of future results, collections, or reimbursement.
5 Do Not Send Protected Health Information Through the Site
Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), such as patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, claim details tied to a patient, or other identifiable health information, through Site forms or email links. Website forms are not intended for PHI. Before handling protected health information on a client's behalf, we execute a written agreement containing the required HIPAA business associate provisions and establish a secure method for exchanging data. If you send PHI through the Site anyway, you do so at your own risk.
6 Calculators and Tools Are Informational Only
Any calculators, estimators, checklists, or other tools on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and general assumptions. They are not a written rate, a guarantee, or a substitute for a detailed review of your practice.
7 No Professional, Legal, or Medical Advice
Content on the Site, including blog posts, guides, and coding or billing information, is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, compliance, coding, or medical advice. Payer rules and regulations change often. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on Site content.
8 Security and Compliance
MedixCode maintains HIPAA-compliant practices. This statement describes our service operations and does not change the guidance in Section 5 about not sending PHI through the Site.
9 Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to MedixCode and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reuse it for other purposes without our written permission. “MedixCode” and our logos are our trademarks.

12 Privacy
Our collection and use of information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.
13 Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
14 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedixCode and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100). This section does not limit liability under a signed client agreement, which has its own terms.
15 Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MedixCode and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
16 Governing Law

17 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
18 General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about your use of the Site.
