We handle professional-fee billing for solo physicians and physician groups: coding, CMS-1500 claims, payment posting and payer follow-up, so your staff can focus on patients.
For solo practitioners and physician groups billing on the CMS-1500 (837P).

Many claim issues begin before submission occurs. Incorrect coding, missing modifiers, incomplete documentation, and payer-specific errors often create preventable denials. We audit claims against current payer rules before they go out, checking codes, modifiers and documentation, so fewer claims come back.
Accurate physician coding is essential for proper reimbursement and compliance. Coding errors often result in denied or underpaid claims, leading to unnecessary revenue delays.
Our AAPC/CPC Certified Coders and Billers code to the documentation, the payer's rules and your specialty's standards, so the claim reflects the work that was done.
2026 Medicare payment update (CMS): For 2026, CMS set two physician fee schedule conversion factors: $33.4009 for most clinicians and $33.5675 for qualifying APM participants, up from a single $32.3465 in 2025. CMS also finalized a -2.5% “efficiency adjustment” to work RVUs for non-time-based services (procedures, imaging and tests). Time-based services such as E/M visits, care management and behavioral health are exempt. We check that your 2026 fee schedule and payment variance reports use the new rates.

What we check and track for you:
Efficient handling of professional claims helps practices reduce payment delays and improve cash flow. Claims must be reviewed, submitted, tracked, and corrected promptly when issues arise. We track every submitted claim and act on rejections and payer responses quickly, correcting and resubmitting where needed.
For solo practitioners and physician groups.
Reliable doctor billing requires more than claim submission alone. Scheduling coordination, documentation accuracy, coding integrity, and payer follow-up all influence reimbursement success. We fit our work to how your practice already runs, so your staff spend less time on billing.

Revenue growth depends on accurate billing, faster claims processing, and disciplined follow-up. Weak systems can create delays, denials, and unnecessary revenue loss.
